My journey began with a degree in psychology, driven by my desire to understand the human mind. This curiosity led me to anthropology, then to education, where my passion for human relationships truly flourished.
For over twenty years, I have been dedicated to personal development and spirituality. I spent 17 transformative years mastering a Qigong technique under the guidance of a powerful master, Dr. Yan Xin, which reshaped my life. This allowed me to deepen my understanding of the mind, body, and energy.
I felt called to expand my healing journey by becoming a certified yoga instructor—a passion that continues to light up my life. That same year, I obtained my life coaching certification, knowing that my purpose was to guide others.
My path has taken me across borders and through many transitions:
2017: Launched my coaching business in French.
2018: Moved to Costa Rica, teaching yoga in renowned centers and hotels.
2019: Purchased land and built a home in Costa Rica.
2021: Sold my home, moved to Pennsylvania, published my book, and expanded my coaching business in English. Also opened a small yoga studio.
2024: Returned to Canada, moved, developed my coaching practice in French, and continued teaching yoga in local studios.
Today, I offer a powerful coaching program for people going through life transitions, struggling with indecision, lack of confidence, depression, and confusion.
My mission is to remind my clients of their innate power and to help them regain confidence in themselves, clarifying their dream life so they can create and manifest it.
My approach is intuitive and holistic, influenced by various spiritual and mystical traditions, neuroscience and metaphysics, holistic sciences, psychology, and much more, not to mention my 23 years of experience in personal growth, spirituality, and my multiple transitions! Lol!
